Extended Learning Opportunities is a department dedicated to extending the reach of higher education by offering credit-bearing courses and certificate programs to non-degree seeking students. Open Learning Academy
The Open Learning Academy (OLA) is a flexible, online option for anyone looking to earn college credits in a fast-paced environment. With more than 70, eight-week courses offered, the OLA has what you’re looking for, whether you want to finish your degree, change careers, tackle prerequisites for medical school or are on another unique education path.
A collaboration between Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà and edX – an online education platform founded by MIT and Harvard – Áù¾ÅÉ«ÌÃX courses will set you apart in your career. With four programs offered, you can deepen your knowledge on a subject or jump-start your master’s or bachelor’s degrees.
Dual-Credit Program
Current high school sophomores, juniors and seniors eager to challenge themselves and jump-start their undergraduate degree can take college-level courses from Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà faculty at a reduced rate, drastically lessening the time and cost of a degree. Credits apply to a bachelor’s degree at Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University in any of our 30+ majors, and are transferable to other four-year institutions.
